Meet our Principal
Welcome to One80!
When I started this journey in 2014, I thought it would be a small side project—a way to share my passion for training and coaching. I never imagined it would grow into a full-time business, let alone the thriving company it is today. Thanks to our clients' incredible trust and support, we've evolved and expanded in ways I never expected.
In 2020, we took a big step forward, moving into our first loft office inside the historic Omar Baking Building. This milestone reminded me of how far we had come. Fast-forward to today, and we've launched exciting initiatives like our AI in Product Management program and, most recently, One80Staffing, which provides fractional project management services to businesses of all sizes.
Our roots have always been in Training and Coaching, but over the years, we've grown to specialize in Product Management. Whether I’m coaching teams or delivering one of our world-class training programs, I’m passionate about helping others succeed. From small startups (my personal favorites!) to Fortune 100 companies, I’m grateful to every client who has trusted us to be part of their journey.
At my core, I believe in service to others. Building strong, collaborative teams isn’t just my profession—it’s my purpose. I love bringing together unique personalities, skills, and motivations to create groups that thrive and drive value for their organizations.

We will hold your context in the utmost confidence, whether we include it under NDA or not.

We owe you nothing less than honest engagement. We will endeavor to be a truth-teller even when you struggle to handle the truth.

We will enter each relationship focusing on your team’s readiness, open-mindedness toward change, and willingness to engage as leaders.
Bespoke Strategizing
We will strive to enter each engagement with a strategy session. That is, exploring your goals, your team, and your culture and then proposing a path of (agile teaching, facilitating, coaching, and mentoring) that we believe will achieve your goals.
Engage with Professionalism
We will always endeavor to meet our clients “where they are” instead of where we want them to be. We will push as necessary to help clients achieve their goals.
Teach From Experience
We will only train or coach in areas with direct experience. And we will disclose these gaps to our client.
Your Journey, Not Ours
We will not take over ownership of the client’s actions, ownership, or ultimate results. Yes, we’re partners, but clients take ownership of their actions and behaviors.
Adapt to Your Needs
We will always endeavor to meet our clients “where they are” instead of where we want them to be. We will push as necessary to help clients achieve their goals.
Hand Over, Not Takeover
We will not take over ownership of the client’s actions, ownership, or ultimate results. Yes, we’re partners, but clients take ownership of their actions and behaviors.
Role Models
We will endeavor to model ethical principles in our training and coaching agreements and in every client interaction. We strive to demonstrate ethical principles and behaviors by example.
No Bias, No Judgement
We will not become a party to evaluating the performance levels (or readiness/evolution) of the client’s employees, including the client themselves. No judgment.
Create Self-Sustaining Clients
We will adopt a coaching stance with our clients and teach, mentor, consult, and guide them as appropriate for a partner. The point is—We won’t make them come up with everything on their own.
Teach Clients to “Fish”
Our training and coaching philosophy is to teach our clients to fish and to “put ourselves out of a job” as soon as possible.
Pair Coaching
We will pair-coach as often as possible because it increases the impact of our coaching and the value to the client. It also raises the skill, performance, and learning of the coaches.
The Golden Rule
We will treat our coaching clients with respect, as we would expect to be treated, in all interactions.
Always Be Inclusive
We will approach all client interactions without past/historical judgment. We will fully support deep diversity and inclusion in each client’s ecosystem.
