Takes our most popular Agile foundations course for Agile teams and incorporates one of the most popular Agile tools: JIRA. If you’re new to Agile and need to know the basics or enhance your knowledge with hands-on experience with JIRA, this course is for you.
This course emphasizes practical agile principles and demonstrates how Agile can integrate into real projects with – JIRA. Participants are given a comprehensive overview of the Agile essentials and learn about the different Agile frameworks: Lean, Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Our workshop uses various learning tools, including hands-on demonstrations, participant lead instruction, videos, games, and a lot of fun.
