Agile Role Models

We will endeavor to model the agile principles and our training and coaching agreements/ethics in every client interaction. We are showing them agile principles and behaviors by example.

No Bias, No Judgement

We will not become a party to evaluating the performance levels (or agile readiness/evolution) of the client’s employees, including the client themselves. No judgment.

Create Self Sustaining Clients

We will adopt a coaching stance with our clients and teach, mentor, consult, and guide them as appropriate for a partner. The point is—We won’t make them come up with everything on their own

Teach Clients to “Fish”

Our training and coaching philosophy is to teach our clients to fish and to “put ourselves out of a job” as soon as possible.

Pair Coaching Whenever Possible

We will pair-coach as often as possible because it increases the impact of my coaching and the value to the client. It also raises the skill, performance, and learning of the coaches.

We will treat our coaching clients with respect, as we would expect to be treated, in all interactions.
